Papers
Each presentation room will be equipped with a computer, multimedia projector and a laser pointer. Presentations are expected to be provided in Portable Data Format (pdf), Postscript (ps), Microsoft PowerPoint (ppt or pptx) or Open-Office format.
Authors should bring their presentations on a USB memory stick to be loaded onto the presentation computer during the break before their session. As a backup, authors can also send their presentations to the ICEGOV2008 Technical Chair (rilwan@iist.unu.edu). In exceptional cases, authors may request to use their own notebooks for presentation, having informed the session chair (through icegov@iist.unu.edu) beforehand.
Presentation of papers or case studies should not exceed 20 minutes with additional 5 minutes for questions and answers.

Posters
The poster session is designed to be interactive, semi-formal and oriented on networking. Each poster will be assigned a station and will be clearly marked with a paper number. Posters presented at the conference should be up to A0 size, measuring at most 118.9cm (46.82 inches) in height and 84.1cm (33.11 inches) in width.
Posters should provide answers to at least the following questions:
1) Poster Title
2) Author name(s) and Affiliation(s)
3) What is the problem addressed?
4) Why is the problem important?
5) How was the problem addressed?
6) What was really achieved?
7) What is the future work?
